Delivery Times

Depending on product, your purchases can come from all over the U.S. We warehouse and fulfill some products, while others are fulfilled by individual brands, based on the most efficient means of distribution for each product. Because of this, your purchases may depart from various locations and may arrive to you in multiple packages.

We strive to ship orders within 1-2 business days, however delivery times may vary by shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times are listed for each product on the sale page, and can be found in your Order Update emails.

Customized products can take 7-14 business days to ship as they require various artisans to create custom designs just for you and additional processing time is needed. We appreciate your patience and assure you, it’s worth the wait.

Tracking & Notifications

We will send you email notifications with estimated delivery updates for each stage of every shipment in your order. Once your order ships, you will receive an email that includes tracking information.

Carriers & Service Areas

We can ship to any street address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO addresses, or any of the US Territories such as Puerto Rico.

Sales Tax

Wright Edison is obligated to collect sales tax in the following states:

AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY

If you live in one of these states, taxes will be automatically calculated and added to your order during checkout.

Free & Discounted Shipping

We all love free shipping, right? It’s awesome! Wright Edison will cover the cost of shipping with qualifying orders. Our free shipping conditions vary and can change without prior notice, but we will always display up-to-date shipping rates on our website. Free shipping may not be available for items that are oversized, heavy, or require special handling.

Back Orders

We always strive to maintain accurate inventory count, but errors can happen. Shipments to us from vendors can be damaged or inaccurate, or our inventory count could be short, resulting in back orders. If your is affected, we will notify  you as soon as possible and give you the option of cancelling your order or waiting.
